Summer bruschetta with primo sale, grilled peaches and balsamic saba: a symphony of summer flavours!

Bruschettas are one of the simple pleasures of summer cuisine, and today we offer you a special version that will make your evenings with friends unforgettable. With the sweet aroma of grilled peaches, the creaminess of primo sale and the unmistakable touch of saba from Acetaia Guerzoni, these bruschettas will become the perfect dish to surprise your guests and delight the palate.

Ingredients:

  • Slices of homemade bread (preferably durum wheat)
  • First fresh salt
  • Ripe but firm peaches, cut into slices
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Saba/cooked grape must
  • Fresh basil to decorate
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste.
  • Preheat a grill or non-stick pan.
Process:

 Lightly brush the bread slices with extra virgin olive oil on both sides and grill them until lightly browned. Set them aside.

On the same hot grill, place the peach slices and grill them for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they have nice streaks.

Cut the first salt into thin slices and arrange it on the bread, place the grilled peaches on the bread slices.

Season the bruschetta with a drizzle of saba from Acetaia Guerzoni, letting it drip onto each slice of peach.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Decorate with some fresh basil leaves for a touch of freshness
