Chocolate and pear cake with biodynamic white grape must from Acetaia Guerzoni
The ingredients:
- 250g of wholemeal flour
- 50g of cocoa powder
- 12g of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 270ml of Acetaia Guerzoni biodynamic white grape must
- 60ml of seed oil
- 150g of sugar
- 100g of dark chocolate chips
- 2 pears peeled and cut into cubes
Process:
In a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix well and then add the liquid ingredients (oil and must), mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the pear cubes to the mixture together with the chocolate chips and mix carefully.
Pour the mixture into a 24cm cake tin covered with baking paper and decorate with a few slices of pear.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
