Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 250 ml- Green - Organic Biodynamic

Designed for daily use, it comes from a selection of Italian grapes from organic and biodynamic agriculture which favours Lambrusco and Sangiovese. It has an intense aroma and a sour, pungent flavour that implies a slightly sweet note.

The entire production chain is controlled by Acetaia Guerzoni, in order to guarantee the origin of the raw materials. Obtained from the skilful blend of only two ingredients, wine vinegar and cooked must, it does not contain any type of preservative or colouring.
