White Wine Vinegar from Trebbiano Grapes 250 ml - Organic Biodynamic
Trebbiano monovarietal white wine vinegar obtained from the fruits of our organic and biodynamic vineyards in Modena. With a strong but fresh scent, it is ideal for those who prefer acidic and pungent flavours.
The Trebbiano grape is the most widely used variety in the Modena area for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. This type of white grape is also cultivated in our company vineyards, where it is fermented to produce vinegar without the use of sulfites. Wine vinegar is obtained through the action of live acetic bacteria, which transform the alcoholic component of the wine by absorbing oxygen from the air. We do not pasteurize the product in order to preserve its maximum vitality and aroma.
Ideal for those who appreciate more acidic and robust products, its 6% acidity makes it excellent for dressing salads. The white color makes the dressing less visible on the plate, providing a particularly noticeable aroma to the taste and smell.
In addition to the 250 ml bottle, it is possible to have the 500 ml bottle or the 5 litre jerry can.
