General Sales Conditions
1. Introduction
The products available for sale on the website www.guerzoni.com are manufactured by Acetaia Guerzoni Srl, located in Concordia s/Secchia (MO), via per Mirandola n. 66, VAT number 03705300360, REA number MO410683, share capital €10,000.00 fully paid, hereinafter also referred to as the "Seller."
For any information regarding orders, shipments, and more generally purchases or complaints, you can contact Acetaia Guerzoni Srl: email info@guerzoni.com or phone +39053556561 from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30.
On the website www.guerzoni.com, Acetaia Guerzoni Srl offers its products for sale to CONSUMER subjects (individuals acting for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activities), hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."
Non-consumer subjects (individuals acting for purposes related to entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activities) interested in shipments of large quantities, personalized products, appointments for deliveries, deliveries outside the European Union, invoices, or other documents can contact Acetaia Guerzoni Srl through the contact form on the website www.guerzoni.com or by calling +39053556561.
Before proceeding with the purchase of products by transmitting the order form, we remind the Customer to carefully read these General Sales Conditions and to print and keep a copy for their own use.
The Customer who purchases products on the website www.guerzoni.com accepts these sales conditions.
2. Information for Contract Conclusion
To conclude the purchase contract with Acetaia Guerzoni Srl, the Customer must fill out the electronic order form and transmit it to the Seller electronically following the relevant instructions:
- Register independently by creating a user account.
- Choose the products by browsing the website and entering the desired quantity.
- Access the cart of the order with the obligation to pay through the appropriate icon or the following link: https://www.guerzoni.com/cart/
- Check the content of the cart, the amounts reported by the system, and the shipping address. Correct any incorrect information if necessary.
- Click on "complete order" where you can verify your data.
- Enter a payment method chosen from the suggested options.
- Read the sales conditions and accept by checking the mandatory box.
- Make the payment with the chosen method; only after verifying the payment will Acetaia Guerzoni Srl ship the products.
After sending the order, the Customer will receive an automatic order confirmation email with a summary of all the details. In the absence of different instructions from the Customer, the Seller, after verifying the above conditions, will proceed with the shipment of the products.
The order form transmitted to the Seller will be archived in the database of Acetaia Guerzoni Srl according to the privacy regulations specified in this link https://www.guerzoni.com/it/pages/privacy-policy.

3. Nature of the Products
The products available for purchase on the website www.guerzoni.com include: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, Saba, Cooked Must, Wine Vinegar, Condiments, Grape Pudding, Apple Cider Vinegar, Flavored Vinegars, Sauces, and related products.
For each product, before ordering, the relevant card provides summary information about its essential characteristics, as well as its nutritional information.
4. Product Availability
Upon the Customer's order, Acetaia Guerzoni Srl reserves the right to confirm the availability of the requested product and its delivery date. If the ordered products are not available, the company may request a modification of the order from the customer by proposing an agreement.
5. Shipment and Delivery of Orders
Shipments in Italy:
- Minimum order for free shipping: €90
- Standard shipping cost: €7
Shipments in Europe:
- Minimum order for reduced-rate shipping: €150
- Reduced shipping cost: €25
Any promotions or discounts related to shipping costs will be communicated on the website, or through social channels, email, or physically with printed coupons.
The goods are shipped on the first working day following the receipt of the order.
Delivery times range from 2 to 14 days depending on the destination, barring unforeseen circumstances.
The ordered items are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the order.
The Customer must ensure that someone is always available to receive the goods, as the courier is not authorized to leave the package if no one is present.
If the express courier encounters difficulties in finding the Customer and/or delivery is not possible for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the latter will not be responsible for the related consequences. All additional costs for redelivery, deliveries with notice, storage, etc., will be borne by the Customer.
Providing a phone number to facilitate contact is recommended.
The Seller uses standard services for shipping, reserving the right to use other couriers and/or different delivery methods, specifying the relevant methods to the Customer.
The Customer who does not receive the goods or receives them damaged must immediately notify the Seller and still accept the package from the courier with the wording "Reservation." Otherwise, the Seller cannot refund any shortages or damages.
The Customer must always sign for having received the package from the courier; the package is considered correctly delivered even in the absence of the Customer's signature on the document.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Rights
The Customer may withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason and without any penalty within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer within the aforementioned period must send a suitable declaration, as per the model attached to these sales conditions, addressing it to Acetaia Guerzoni Srl in one of the following ways:
sending by registered mail to ACETAIA GUERZONI SRL at the address of Concordia s/Secchia (MO), via per Mirandola n. 66, CAP 41033;
sending to the email address info@guerzoni.com with the option "Request read confirmation."
Once the withdrawal declaration is transmitted, the Customer must return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date on which they communicated the intention to withdraw.
The refund of the price paid by the Customer will be activated by the Seller, subject to verification of the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, within fourteen (14) days from the date the Seller received the withdrawal communication.
Return Rights in Italy:
- Free return right for products closed and packaged as originally.
- Products can be returned only if the bottles are intact and in conditions equal to new.
- Once the integrity of the products is verified upon return, a total refund of the order payment will be made.
- Products must be shipped to the address Acetaia Guerzoni s.r.l. via per Mirandola 66 41033 Concordia sulla Secchia (MO) Italy.
- The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Rights for Products in Europe:
- The right of return in Europe is at the customer's expense for products closed and packaged as originally.
- Products can be returned only if the bottles are intact and in conditions equal to new. Once the integrity of the products is verified upon return, a total refund of the order payment will be made, excluding transportation costs.

The prices listed on the website www.guerzoni.com are expressed in Euro (EUR).
8. Payment Methods
The price payment is in advance.
Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.
The Seller will proceed with the shipment of the goods only upon confirmation from the bank of the received payment.
9. Legal Conformity Guarantee
The products sold by Acetaia Guerzoni Srl on the website www.guerzoni.com are covered by a twenty-four (24) months warranty from delivery, for conformity defects to be reported within two (2) months from the date the defect was discovered, pursuant to articles 128 - 135 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The expiration date of the individual product indicated on the respective label is always valid. To avail the warranty, the Customer must keep the payment receipt along with the transport document. The warranty for conformity defects will apply as long as the product in question has been stored and/or used correctly.
10. Applicable Law
These General Sales Conditions are governed by Italian law.
11. Tools for Dispute Management
In case of a dispute between the Seller and the Customer arising from these General Sales Conditions or in relation to them, the Customer can access the platform for online dispute resolution provided by the European Commission through the link https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
Withdrawal Form
