Not just a simple grape juice, but a refreshing drink that offers important benefits for our body and health. A true medicine. We are talking about grape must, which the Guerzoni company has been producing for years following the ancient farming recipes of tradition. These are used for the preparation of must for sugoli (grape puddings): the must indeed comes from the first pressing of the grapes and then slowly cooks together with the skins of the same, in order to intensify its flavor and color; it is finally pasteurized and bottled under vacuum, without the addition of any preservatives.
It is ideal for the production of sugoli, but its intense flavor makes it a pleasant drink, to be consumed fresh with or without the addition of water, also suitable for therapeutic fasting or grape therapy. We all know the benefits of grapes, recommended in cases of anemia and fatigue, uricemia and gout, arthritis, varicose veins, hyperazotemia, and skin diseases. Grapes have antioxidant and anticancer properties, mainly due to the content of polyphenols and resveratrol, present in the skin of black grapes; they also have antiviral properties, thanks to the content of tannic acid and phenol. There is also ampelotherapy, the grape cure (from the Greek ámpelos, vine), which involves consuming grapes of wine varieties, well-ripened, as the only daily food.
