Acetaie Aperte 2024: Discover the Secrets of Balsamic Vinegar with Acetaia Guerzoni

On Sunday, September 29, 2024, Acetaia Guerzoni in Concordia sulla Secchia (MO) invites you to experience a unique day for "Acetaie Aperte 2024," an event celebrating the centuries-old tradition of balsamic vinegar and our passion for organic and biodynamic production. A whole day filled with activities, with our vinegar as the true star of the show, which you can get to know up close through guided tours and tastings.

A day full of experiences:

11:00 AM - Yoga for children. The day will start with an activity dedicated to the little ones: a relaxing yoga class that will allow children to connect with the surrounding nature and enjoy a moment of serenity.

11:00 AM - Welcome coffee and pastries. To welcome all participants, a delicious coffee will be served along with fresh pastries to start the day on the right foot.

12:30 PM - Buffet lunch in the vineyard. One of the most awaited moments of the day will be the buffet lunch set up among the vineyards, a perfect occasion to enjoy local products paired with our vinegars. The dishes will be prepared with ingredients offered by NaturaSi and Az. Agr. Bio Ferrarini Monica. Proceeds from the lunch (€20 for adults, €8 for children up to 10 years old) will be donated to the Coop Sociale La Bella Sfilza, which promotes social inclusion projects.

Reservations after 12pm on Friday 27/09 will not be considered valid.

3:00 PM - Grape harvesting and stomping. In the afternoon, children will have the chance to actively participate in grape harvesting and traditional grape stomping, a fun and educational moment that will bring them closer to the culture of wine and the land.

3:00 PM - Seminar on biodynamic agriculture. At the same time, an interesting seminar on biodynamic agriculture will take place, a sustainable farming practice that respects the natural cycles of the earth. It will be an opportunity to explore the connection between sustainability and product quality.

5:30 PM - Free aperitif. To close the day, Acetaia Guerzoni will offer a free aperitif, where participants can taste the products of the Acetaia accompanied by small pizzas, focaccias, fruit skewers, and a good glass of wine or non-alcoholic grape must.

All-day activities
Throughout the day, various activities will be available:

- Guided tour of the acetaia with tastings of our organic and biodynamic balsamic vinegar, to discover the production process that makes our product unique.
- Craft and agricultural market, with a selection of local products to bring authentic flavors home.
- Games and inflatables for children, ensuring fun for the little ones as well.
